There is nothing I enjoy more than an indulgent girly day out! Getting the girls together for a good goss, as well as some delicious food and a spot of shopping is my idea of total heaven which is why I was so excited to learn about IN! Magazine's exclusive VIP reader event at one of my favourite restaurants, The Ivory Belfast!

The team at the Ivory restaurant are fantastic, I've been lucky enough to attend numerous events there from art exhibitions to catwalk shows and it has always proven itself to be a popular meeting point for stylish fashionistas! Teaming up with the Ivory Belfast and House of Fraser in Victoria Square IN! magazine's event will offer exclusive access to readers for the first ever Sunday Beauty Brunch at The Ivory roof-top Restaurant on Sunday 14th June at 11am.

The afternoon will begin as all stylish Sunday mornings should, with a glass of bucks fizz or fresh juice! This will be accompanied by music from the ever talented Triona Carville, leading into a relaxed brunch full of bite size delights, from a selection of freshly baked pastries to mini bagels with cream cheese & smoked salmon!

Attendees will then have the opportunity to watch master classes on skincare and beauty regimes whilst learning more about this season’s hottest products from a host of beauty brands including Vita Liberata, Crème De La Mer, Estee Lauder, Benefit, Dior, Destination Skin and Jason Shankey Hairdressing! (Having had a Belfast FASHIONWEEK hair makeover by the amazing Caroline Doherty at Jason Shankey Lisburn Road I seriously can't wait to see what the HoF team will showcasing on the day!)

Goody bags at the event will include trial size products from beauty brands, as well as a £10 gift card from House of Fraser, (the perfect excuse to indulge in a little retail therapy after the event) as well as a special offer from the Ivory Belfast, the June issue of IN! IN! Magazine scoops Magazine of the Year at last night's CIPR NI Awards!

Us girls love to sit and flick through our glossy magazines and one of my favourite publications since it's launch six years ago is IN! Magazine. The publication really showcases the very best of Northern Ireland, covering all the glam events taking place across the Provence whilst giving readers the perfect mix of fashion, interiors, interviews and thought provoking articles all in one magazine!

Last night saw The Chartered Institute of Public Relations in Northern Ireland stage their annual media awards ceremony, which acknowledges the outstanding work of media professionals in Northern Ireland and I was soo pleased when I heard the news that IN! Magazine had been named as Magazine of the Year!!

The lifestyle magazine, now in its sixth year, prides itself on being the Northern Irish magazine for Northern Irish women, providing us with an objective, informative, challenging and aspirational read. Having attended the IN! Magazine Awards this year, and having had the opportunity to chat to the IN! Team at various events I know just how much dedication and sheer hard work has went into making IN! Magazine what it is today and I was so pleased to hear of their much deserved win!

Here at The Real Elle Woods I love nothing more than checking out all the glitz and glamour of the red carpet, and for anyone who ever wished they could see all the glamorous goings on at the IN! Magazine Awards, well now you can!!!

This year IN! Magazine in partnership with Randox Health are very excited to announce that they have teamed up with UTV's The Magazine, who will be giving viewers the inside scoop into the biggest night on Belfast's Social calendar! The team from the Friday night show, presented by the ever glamorous Sarah Travers, plan to film at the awards on 22nd March in Belfast City Hall! Their team will be on the red carpet, interviewing celebrities and will be the only camera crew to have access to the awards show as it happens!

One of Northern Ireland's most glamorous red carpet events, the IN! Magazine Awards in partnership with Randox Health, promise to celebrate all that's great and glamorous about Northern Ireland, from our high achievers to those who add the glitz to the NI social calendar, and who better to host on the evening than our very own Eamonn Holmes, alongside his glamorous wife Ruth Langsford.

To kick off the awards ceremony, there will be fabulous entertainment, before guests enjoy a five course meal with fine dining from one of my favourite restaurants Zen, accompanied by signature cocktails and magnums of Moet!

This year IN! are embracing the old Hollywood glamour theme of The Great Gatsby, which lends itself perfectly to the decadence of the Great Hall in the Belfast City Hall. So think glitz and glam, diamonds and pearls, sophiscated black tie and decadent full length gowns! however it doesn't end there, to further celebrate the evening guests are then invited to an exclusive after party where they can party the night away until the sun comes up!

Everyone knows that Miss Elle Woods loves nothing more than to report on a glamorous, red carpet event, and on Saturday 3rd November, The City Hall played host to the fourth Annual IN! Glamour Awards!! The glitterati were out in force as over 350 stylish individuals walked the red carpet, eager to discover who would be getting their hands on a coveted IN! Award!!

This year's event, in partnership with Danske Bank, was hosted by DJ and radio presenter Pete Snodden along with stunning TV presenter Zoe Salmon who wowed guests in a show stopping dress by local designer Una Rodden. Guests enjoyed an evening of gourmet food from Zen at an evening dedicated to celebrating the glamour and style of

Northern Ireland

's best home grown talent!!!

The winners of each of the categories included gorgeous Miss Northern Ireland Tiffany Brien for Most Glamorous Female sponsored by Vita Liberta. Anytime I spot Tiffany at the various fashion events we both attend, she always looks super stylish, a very worthy winner in my books as she always gets it right!!

Rory McIlroy received the award for Man of the Year Sponsored by Yacht Masters and Michael McKillop and Jason Smyth beat off some very stiff competition to jointly collect Sports Personality of the Year Sponsored by Powerade.

Of course it isn't a Red Carpet event without Newlyweds and power couple Alison and Darren Clarke, and once again they won the award for Most Glamorous Couple Sponsored by The OUTLET, with very glamorous guest Franca Robinson also being voted as Most Glamorous on the night, sponsored by Perfect-Night.

Cover of the Year Sponsored by Skin Medi-Spa, went to ‘The Glamour Issue' which was picked up by Alison Clarke along with a selection of stunning models who featured on the winning cover!

Event of the Year Sponsored by Ticketmaster DV8, went to West Coast Cooler FASHIONWEEK. I was especially happy to hear West Coast Cooler FASHIONWEEK had won as it's one of my favourite events of the yr!! I’ve been attending the bi-annual event ever since I can remember, and it's fantastic to see it how it’s grown from strength to strength over the yrs!

The ceremony also welcomed an entirely new category this year in the form of Breakthrough Designer sponsored by Andrew Mulvenna. For me, this award was close to my heart as three of my hugely talented friends were nominated in this category: Lisa McCabe AKA Nor Lisa, Ruedi Maguire and Shauna Fay!!! All three designers have had an amazing 12 months, and it’s been wonderful to see them all progressing so well as each forge their own distinctive design path! On the night the award went to worthy winner Ruedi Maguire, who's designs are loved not only by myself but are regularly seen on some of the provinces most glamorous ladies such as the stunning Joanna Salley! On the night Joanne was once again spotted in a new creation by Ruedi, a beautiful black gown worthy of any red carpet!

Whilst they may not have won, Breakthrough designer finalist’s Nor Lisa and Shauna Fay were responsible for dressing some of the best dressed women of the evening! Lisa McCabe, the talent behind Nor Lisa sported a stunning blue lace gown, while former Miss UK Lucy Evangelista shone in a baroque patterned red flocked gown, Katie Larmour dazzled in a daring black lace bodice dress &

's Next Top Model Finalist Diona Doherty looked every bit the Grecian goddess in a draped silk dress!!

Shauna Fay (Unify) proved why she was a finalist in Breakthrough designer, dressing Jayne Higgins in a beautiful silk dress worthy of the Hollywood starlets of yester years.

Last but not least recent OBE winner and Cinemagic CEO Joan Burney-Keatings picked up Most Stylish Professional sponsored by Shannon's The Jewellers.

As it turned out, along with the Breakthrough Designer Category it was an evening of firsts as Danske Bank also officially launched their sponsorship deal with IN! Magazine. ’s top celebs in attendance, for me however the best dressed award has to go to Organiser and IN! Publisher Lisa Harrison (pictured right with her sister Hayley Harrison) who wore a stunning cream strapless gown, it really was total perfection!!!!!

Once again, it has been a fantastically fun and glamorous event where we're not only celebrating style at its best but also recognising the achievements of some of our best known and stylish personalities.
